It was the worst experience. Crew members are the worst and they don't consider the passengers' comfort or primary wants. They don't stop for food until the passengers make an issue and they refuse to stop for urinals. Absolute worst experience.

The AC in the bus was very poor, and the sleeper berths were extremely uncomfortable. To make it worse, there were no charging ports available. It completely felt like a local bus rather than a sleeper service. Moreover, the behaviour and service of the driver and conductor were not up to the mark at all. I didn't like the journey.

In the beginning felt very uneasy. The bus got late. Of course, it was due to a breakdown. But they could have communicated to all passengers in a better way. With modern technology, it is very easy. Tracking of the bus was horrible. Anyway, at the end I was very much impressed with the attitude of the staff for being very considerate towards a teenage girl who missed her stop. The driver and the staff had the courtesy to drive back and drop her comfortably. In all these distress situations, the driver showed his coolness. Meanwhile, when another girl passenger requested a washroom facility, he ensured to stop at a safe petrol station. Thanks for providing a safe and comfortable journey.

The bus is absolutely not worth the price I paid. The bed wasn’t even properly cleaned and was full of dust particles. On top of that the driver’s behaviour was extremely rude as if we were travelling for free. The bus was already more than an hour late. I had even called the driver before leaving home and again after reaching the bus stop to confirm whether the bus was on time. He told me it was. When I called him again regarding the delay he literally replied that he was “driving the bus on the road, not in the sky.” Honestly one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard from a driver after paying this much for a ticket. Pathetic service and definitely not worth the money.
