There is no charging point and bus was different because number is different from bus I booked and in this bus B8 seat is damaged. There is no AC in the bus and reading lights are in worse condition.

I have not received a call. I have called the given number but he said they have 25 buses and do not know the status. Which bus is travelling at which time? I am travelling with another bus, not the booked bus.

I missed my bus because nobody called me and when I called they did not answer. I was unable to find the bus. This is a very horrible system. Make my trip is not a good app for the bus service.
