In the middle of the travel, the bus had a breakdown (dynamo issue; AC and lights did not work). Within 30 minutes, they arranged another bus which was already fully occupied. Only the top row at the back (upper) seats were available.

Boarding point itself AC was not at all effective. Whereas before Vellore, moved to another bus for the entire passengers to a different bus.

While booking bus, mentioned option as SRP tools but during the travel, conductor or driver said not going that way. Then we got down from Medavakkam.

The bus is quite old and not well maintained. The bedsheets had a bad smell and overall hygiene was poor. However, the driver’s skills were good, and the driving felt safe and smooth.
