Bus is delayed almost 3 hours. Only one driver is driving from the start, it is very unsafe. If he falls asleep, it may lead to dangerous things. Really, worst experience.

Very late drop. My drop time is 11:55 pm but they dropped me at 1:50 am.

It's late to the pickup for more than an hour. Vehicle started at the initial boarding point itself by 1 hr late.

The driver did not know how to turn on the AC, even after I spoke with him. The operator promised a blanket, but it was not provided. Without AC and basic comfort, the journey became unbearable.
