One co passenger was speaking very loud on phone. When I complained to the staff they harshly replied me you only ask him to speak softly if it is disturbing you. It was very rude on their behalf.

Earlier ARL buses were good and nowadays they are very old and sometimes they arrange very old buses. Seats are not comfortable and very dusty.
