Very disappointing experience. I was running about 10 minutes late and could clearly see the bus ahead. I politely requested the staff to stop as I was trying to reach it, but instead of showing any understanding, the staff member shouted at me and told me to follow the bus. The behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, even when they are late. The way I was spoken to was disrespectful and reflected very poor customer service. I hope the company takes steps to train its staff to communicate politely and handle passengers more professionally.
