Worst service I ever had. No proper update of bus arrival. Bus was supposed to reach at 9 and they made me wait till 10:30. Driver's phone is switched off. How can a female sit next to a male? They made a lady sit next to me, which made me uncomfortable the whole night without sleep. Even the AC and pushback were not working. What is the purpose of rules and guidelines? I want you guys to take proper action.

Driver behaviour was very poor. He is using such rude language on customers. I have never seen such a poor driver.

Driver and conductor were very rude. Despite telling them that we needed a rest stop break for older people who were struggling with nausea, they did not understand and stop the bus. Very rude and disrespectful behaviour.
