I recently travelled from Kanyakumari to Rameswaram and unfortunately the experience was highly disappointing. We had specifically booked an AC bus expecting a comfortable journey especially considering the extreme heat in Tamil Nadu. However, the bus arrived late and was not air-conditioned as promised. When we raised this concern to the conductor, the response was unsatisfactory as he said he was not responsible and was not helpful in addressing passenger concerns. Even though the bus broke down in the middle of the journey, it was highly inconvenient and exhausting for the passengers, and the seating condition was also very poor. On top of that, the driver played loud music in the middle of the night when the passengers were trying to rest. When passengers are paying for a service that promises comfort and reliability, such experiences become quite disturbing. I hope the management takes these issues very seriously and improves both service and quality in the future.

We booked AC sleeper but they provided non AC and with no amenities and pathetic service with delay at pick and drop both

Bus reached the destination 2 hours late. Bus takes a very long roundabout route. Leaky AC vent was dripping water all night, not allowing me to sleep. Suspension was too bad. Seats and berths were too dirty. Very old cranky bus. Rest stops were disasters.
