No lights were there in the seats, no GPS connectivity and communication, and no bus number message was received. I had to contact for bus time as it was delayed due to heavy traffic.

Pickup was late around 3 hours and there was an issue with the tire, which took an additional 2 hours. Total delay of 5 hours and we are still on the bus. We have not arrived yet.

So much noise coming when the door was closed as well wasting of time near Amreli due to repairing work which was not done before travelling the passengers.
