No space to keep luggage's as told by the bus operators and cannot drop in certain location which is already given in the list.

I booked from Bengaluru to Pala, but they cancelled the ticket on journey day. They arranged a bus but not in Pala. I was forcefully dropped in Angamali. Very poor service. The bus was not at all clean. No proper communication from the bus team. Not at all preferring the bus. Worst worst experience.

Condition of the vehicle is pathetic. Seats are not cleaned. Booked semi seater for 1468 rs & it's not at all worth.

Dropped 100 kms before the designated dropping point and caused a lot of inconvenience.

Bus was not functioning well. 3rd and 4th gear were not working. But staff were not ready to arrange an alternative bus. Bus was delayed more than 5 hours.
