Bus was late and halted at many places multiple times which caused the delay in time.

No punctuality, horrible condition of bus like a general dabba of a train, after that they diverted the bus from Kangra to another destination giving excuses that RTO staff were there to cut challans, which meant the bus did not have proper documents and they were playing with passenger safety and women safety. Without verification buses were running on the road. The actual time to reach Dharamshala was 6:00 AM, but we reached 9:00 AM. From next time, I was not going to book from this platform.

I reached on time to the boarding point but the bus was delayed by an hour. I checked out at my hotel. Where to spend one hour, on the road.
