This is the worst travelling experience humankind can experience. Starting from the departure which is very late and the seat which won't go back and driving like driving doesn't care about anyone who is traveling and rude behaviour and everything. Worst bus worst seat worse driving ...overall absolute.

Bus is very old and seating comfort also not good at all. Interior is very old and last few seats are damaged.

Worst experience I ever had out of these many years. Till 3pm they made me travel in different bus saying they will pick me up on the way. I'm not sure where the bus I have boarded is heading also. The driver asked me to get down in Till Gate at night 12pm which is not safe. When I started questioning about my safety he started shouting at me. If you want you can change the bus else go in the same bus which I was sitting. I too know about Bangalore traffic it's not necessary to be too rude like that. In dropping also he's screaming. Morning morning bad experience.

It was a really bad experience. I was supposed to get down in Bellandur, but no one told me the stop and I got down in Tin Factory and came to Bellandur in the early morning by Rapido. I didn't even expect this from Make My Trip. I'll never go on to use this app again.

The arrival at the destination was two hours late. Two hours on a working day morning? Am I paying for this? The drop was supposed to be at 6 am but they dropped at 8 am. Two hours delay and because of this I lost the pay for my day. I want this issue to be raised and contact me right away else I am taking this legal.

They didn't drop me at my drop location. Simply said bus problem, also we changed two buses at boarding point which was not mentioned before booking.

I have booked for one stop, but some other travel's bus came to pick there. Usually, it takes 8 hours, but this took 10 hours. Terrible experience.
