I would like to register a complaint regarding my recent journey booked through RedBus. The boarding point mentioned in the booking was incorrectly updated, which caused significant inconvenience and confusion during boarding. I was not properly informed about the change in boarding location. Additionally, the staff members behaved rudely and were unprofessional when I sought assistance regarding the boarding point issue. Their behavior was unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken against the concerned staff. I also request measures to ensure that boarding point information is updated accurately and communicated properly to passengers. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and provide a resolution at the earliest.
