The bus will not stop at any point in between, and they say to customers that it will stop after 30 minutes every time someone asks.

The journey was average, but the bus took 2–3 hours to depart from Jaipur, which caused it to reach Delhi about 2 hours late. Also, the conductor's response was slow, as I had to request a water bottle multiple times before it was finally provided. With better punctuality and improved staff responsiveness, the overall experience could be much better.

The bus was in poor condition, and the service was equally disappointing. The driver halted along the route, and it took 1-2 hours to repair the bus. Consequently, we had to cancel our reservation to Himachal. I noticed that the cleanliness of the bus was lacking.
