Actually the vehicle was having some problem so it changed to an AC bus. Why do people book non-AC bus? It is of course due to the AC problem and they do not shift the luggage as well.

Mobile charging point did not work. Staff behaviour was rude. At the dropping point, there was abuse. So I am not happy. Otherwise, vehicle suspension was good.
