All is good, but they did not provide a water bottle.

Bus service is poor and late to destination place. The bed is very poor. No charging point and AC do not work.

Poor suspension, not changed linen as it smells sweat of multiple days. AC condensate spilled on when sleeping. We have to ask if charging port is not working until requested to restart UPS. Also, I had to ask for water bottle (not sure if a part of amenities).

Everything is good except the restroom stop, which is very unhygienic.

The bus is not clean and a cockroach is seen. It would be better if they keep the bus clean and hygienic.
