Vehicle got stuck with some maintenance issues around 3am and had to wait for nearly 2 hrs for another bus which was connected till border. Again had to get down and get in another bus they arranged.

not punctual reached 1 hour later and the boarding place in angamaly dont have any shelter to sit or reat and even if raining we have to stand in the road side and the snacks and water giving in the bus was also not quality
