My worst bus experience ever. The reason is, my boarding time was 10.10 p.m. Bus came to my boarding point by 12.00 a.m. I was almost 2 hours late to boarding. Driver and contact person were rude. To manage the 2 hours delay for all passengers, he did rash driving. We had to pray to God to survive this travel. I could have given a minus rating if options were there. I swear I will not book this bus in future. I will not recommend it to my friends and family members. I couldn't reach Chennai on time. My entire interview plan is messed up. I don't know how to ask excuse from my manager. They may think it is a childish answer for coming to office late.

This is the very very worst travels ever I travel. No blanket provided. No power in charging point. But the amount is XXXXX.

There is no punctuality. The departure time is 10 pm, but around 11.20 pm the driver departed the bus and stopped somewhere for more than 30 mins. Even the passengers got irritated. What kind of service, very worst. I request upcoming passengers not to book this bus as you can't reach on time.

Boarding delayed more than 1hr and dropping delayed more than 3hr and bus was totally awful. Regret for choosing this transport.
