The experience was quite disappointing. The pickup did not happen at the originally provided location, and there was no proper prior communication regarding the change. When I contacted the driver at the boarding time, I was asked to come to a different location approximately 1.5 km away on short notice, with a warning that the bus would leave otherwise. Additionally, there was only the driver present on the bus, with no helper or support staff available to assist passengers. Overall, the lack of coordination, communication, and basic service support made the journey inconvenient and stressful.
