Very punctual. Staff behavior is very good. Seats are quite comfortable. you can keep your luggage underneath your seat itself. Cleanliness is good. Driving is smooth. Rest stop is hygienic. Live tracking is good. AC is good. Additional services like providing water bottle and also WIFI is available in this bus. Finally very happy and I again booked berths to my daughter in the same bus for 10 April.
