The bus was delayed and stopped at Pune for some other passengers issue. We were going to get down at Andheri. Still, at 11:30, we should be in Andheri but we were in Pune only. The bus was not moving at all and we will reach Borivali by 4 pm yet on the way. Worst service and experience with the bus.

Very arrogant, rude, and misbehave with women, they all drunk. Never travel with this bus. All staff are misbehaving with women and threaten passengers. Please do not travel with this bus. Very very bad experience.
