The bus departure time is very late, and the arrival time is even later. They don’t even stop near Sivakasi bus stand. I would not recommend this bus to anyone.

I booked a bus specifically because it was advertised as having toilet facilities. However, the bus I actually received did not have a toilet. I tried contacting customer support to resolve the issue, but after spending nearly 15 minutes on the call, I was simply told that the bus operator was not answering their calls. If the operator was not reachable at the last minute, what were we, as passengers, expected to do. This was extremely disappointing and completely defeated the purpose of booking a bus based on the facilities mentioned during the booking. Really bad service from customer care. I expected a proper explanation and appropriate resolution for this issue.
