I booked my seat online. When I reached the bus, my seat was sold to someone else and the bus was not at all hygienic. They did not even drop at the actual dropping point. It was totally the worst bus experience I have ever had. I reached my place five hours late. The bus windows were cracked. I could hear the sounds of vehicles from inside as if it was broken. Communication was also not good with the driver; he did not answer properly. Totally, I recommend not to book on this travel.

The bus was delayed in the morning. It left Tirupati by 11:30 (actual time 9:40 am) and has not yet reached Hyderabad.

Punctuality was good. Staff behaviour was good. Seat / sleep comfort was good. Cleanliness was good. Driving was good. Rest stop hygiene was good. Live tracking was good. The AC was good.
