When I asked for an alternate seat, they did not want to release the unreserved seat. My seat was too hasty, and I informed them that I was about to fall down twice. It was not a good experience, and I will never travel with this service.

No doubt their driving was good, rest stoppage was also good, but pillow cover and blankets were very smelly. I totally felt suffocated.

Seating comfort is not good and water bottle was not provided. AC is not good and suspension quality is too bad for this bus.
