All are good. Cleanliness to be improved. Some passengers are not occupying their respective berths, creating discomfort to respective berth passengers.

The bus journey was generally comfortable, and the seating and ride quality were good. However, there was an issue during the trip near Sukma where the driver allowed around 10 additional labourers to board the bus for XXXXX. This made the bus overcrowded and uncomfortable for existing passengers.

One hour late which got me absent from my work. They keep taking non-ticket passengers throughout the journey which is making them late and at the same time it disturbs the sleep of the other passengers.
