Staff behaviour is not good and also the manager is ridiculously nonsense. They only know money, nothing else. Customer service is very bad.

Ac was smelling strong. It was hard to travel for those who have motion sickness. The smell first entered unknowingly when I opened my mask and after some time it started to feel like I would vomit. I somehow managed myself from not vomiting in the bus. The driving was also a little bit rough.

Suspension of the bus is very poor. Lots of jerks. Poor maintenance.

The bus was about to start from Guwahati to Jorhat at 11:30 pm; however, it got started at 12:15 pm, which is a 45 minutes delay, and reached Jorhat at 7 pm. It stopped in between for no reason. They have no time sense.
