The rest stops were horrible, definitely not for women. There was half an hour delay till reaching Surat. The bus was packed with unreserved local passengers, making it difficult to even reach the bathroom. The air was filled with a strong odor and lacked proper hygiene. Furthermore, the bus was overcrowded with cargo stored underneath passenger seating, forcing me to relocate my cargo to another area. Can do better. Will recommend but with caution.

The bus and staff was good. They also provide blanket and water bottle with good AC and charging facility. Also the rest stops are good and timely.

Worst ever pickup location was wrong. They called us on highway 20 km far. Bansheet was untidy, blankets are not washed, suffocating and weird smell inside bus. Selected seat was not given and demanded more amount while boarding the bus.
