Very poor experience with the bus. Just beside our side there was a panel left completely open and it was throwing chilled air throughout the night which completely shattered our sleep. Could not sleep at all with the chilled air and the blanket quality was poor too. Don't know what we have paid the premium price for. Very very dissatisfied with the overall travel experience.
