15kg was accepted in luggage policy but still they charged me 300 for luggage. They said if you don't pay, leave the bus.

I had a very bad experience with dad travel, staff behaviour was very rude and harsh and they were very intimidating towards me and rest stop was also not good. If I had any option of negative marking I would have given that because their service was not even 1-star service.
