1 hour late acceptable due to festive season but bus was third class like minibus and price is too much for Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar route, in this price we can book Volvo bus.

There is no comfort. There is no class. No single seat is good and very very bad experience after paying XXXXX. Others are coming on the bus randomly by paying xxx and xxx. Then why do I have to pay XXXXX and all rs? This is complete rubbish and the worst experience that I had.

Very bad condition of the bus, it was making too much sound and it was late than its actual time by 45 minutes and also the rest stop was not up to the mark. Poor condition of the toilet as well as of the the food. They not even stopped the bus at my destination point I have to again remind them that it's our dropping point so hold the bus. Not worth even the half of the money I've spent last night on this bus.
