no pillow and no blanket and so much crowd and everywhere stop for any type of pessengers service is very bad I'll never use again this kind of bus

Bus was making noises at the time of brake. Back seat water bottle holder was broken in every seat. Overall bus was not clean and whole bus had a smell.

Too crowded bus keeps taking passengers without seat availability. Too noisy as staff keep arguing with the passengers.
