Extremely disappointed with this service. My 10 pm bus was cancelled, and I was told my seat was moved to the 12 am bus. I waited at midnight in an unfamiliar city, only to be told later by the operator that the bus would not arrive until 1:30 am. No prior notice was given, despite my official message clearly stating 12:00 am.
