Extremely disappointing experience. The bus was delayed by more than 3 hours without any proper communication or updates. This caused major inconvenience and completely disrupted my schedule.

Attendant is not polite. I asked him when I will reach the destination, but he told me to check Google instead of telling the time schedule of the bus. Also, the bed space has a lot of dust.

Almost 2.5 hours delayed to reach my dropping location. They do not prioritise bus timings. Also, my son had severe bed bites.
