Bus was stopping on the route 20-30 times to pick up people who were not part of the bus. People were sleeping on the floor. It was really bad and unsafe, especially for females. Also, staff behaviour was terrible towards the passengers.

Rest stops are not good. There are so many good rest stops with clean washrooms and all, specially on NE4 (Delhi-Mumbai Expressway). But bus always stops at the worst places for both ways. Also, inside the bus, they should clean the mobile holders with a vacuum cleaner; it has lots of dirty packets and small pieces of plastic. While it is an A/C bus, they must prohibit gutka and other things which need to be spit. By the way, cleaning must be done deeply every time.
