Bad experience as a solo traveller as they dropped me off very far from the actual boarding point and they took a different route rather than the chartered route without any early notification. Really struggled in the early morning after they dropped me at a different place. I double checked while boarding the bus. But they were really sweet, no problem with their behaviour. The unplanned change of route and the change of dropping point was really unprofessional and a great problem to passengers.
